Enquiry for Camping

Our Campsite is adjacent to the Nuffield Sailing Centre on the banks of the Menai Straits. The campsite was designed to provide ‘alcoves’ for tents that are sheltered by shrubs and saplings which provide very effective wind breaks.

All campsite guests are welcome to use showers, toilets and washing up facilities located within the Nuffield Sailing Centre. There are also laundry facilities available with 2 coin operated washing machines, and for those rare inclement days in North Wales, a large drying room to hang your kit. The laundry / drying room is located adjacent to the dormitory accommodation wing at the top of the hill.

Please note that there are no electrical hook ups. Dogs are allowed on the campsite, but please keep them on a lead at all time whilst on the base.

Please note, Nuffield facilities are provided by the Nuffield Centre and are only available to those actually serving in the British Armed Forces. In this context, the 'Armed Forces' does not include Ex-Servicemen or Cadet Forces. We are unable to provide facilities for members of the public.
