Nuffield Centre Prices
Beneficiaries- The object of the Charity is to ‘promote the welfare and efficiency of the Forces of the Crown either by the provision of facilities for recreation or by any other means’. The Trust therefore finances recreational and welfare amenities and facilities that will benefit those actually serving in the Armed Forces but which are not provided by public funds and which are beyond the resources of other non-public funds. In this context, the ‘Armed Forces’ does not include Ex-Servicemen or Cadet Forces.
FAMILY ROOM
9 En-Suite rooms, with shared self-catering kitchens
£35 – £50 per room per night (valid until 31 March 2027)
DORMITORY ROOMS
Maximum of 50 beds across 9 rooms
£12.50 per person per night (valid until 31 March 2026)
£14.00 per person per night (from 01 April 2026 until 31 March 2027)
Feeding for “on duty” personnel at MOD expense, via Nominal Roll & Feeding Plan (Non-entitled personnel current feeding cost per day circa £13.22 – reviewed periodically)
CAMPSITE
Includes the use of the Sail Centre ablutions (showers & toilets) – valid until 31 March 2027
£10 per night for persons aged 16 and over
£5 per night for children aged 4 – 15 years
Children aged 3 and under are free

Lounge & Lecture room, Kitchen and un-stocked Bar (valid until 31 March 2027)

RYA COURSES
Powerboat Level 1 – up to 3 people per Instructor (children aged 8+) – Minimum of 2 persons
£120.00 per person – 1 day course
Powerboat Level 2 – up to 3 people per Instructor (children aged 12+) – Minimum of 2 persons
£240 per person – 2 day course
Safety Boat Course – up to 6 people per Instructor (aged 16+) – Minimum of 3 persons

Dinghy Sailing Levels 1, 2 & 3 – up to 6 people per Instructor (aged 16+) – Minimum of 2 persons
