Enquiry for Dormitory Accommodation

The Dormitory Wing offers Units or groups of serving personnel access up to a maximum total of 50 beds across 9 rooms at £14.00 per person per night. These rooms vary in size from a 4 – 8 person bunk style accommodation with designated female / male shower rooms and Lecture room. Occupants are required to provide their own towels, pillows, sleeping bags or single bed linen. Pets are not allowed in the Accommodation Wings.

Those On-Duty are entitled to be fed at MOD expense via ESS Catering and are fed in the JSMTC Canteen, located in the Main Building. On-Duty status will need to be proven with a copy of the Part One Orders or Admin Instruction and a completed Nominal Roll and Feeding Plan. These 2 forms will be attached to the booking confirmation email and requested to be returned by the date specified in the confirmation email.

Off-Duty personnel may request to be fed during their stay, for which ESS Catering will Invoice post visit at the non-entitled meal rate. A Nominal Roll and Feeding Plan will be attached to the booking confirmation email and requested to be returned by the date specified in the confirmation email.

It is advised that feeding requirements and duty status are entered in the Additional Information box on the form below.
